1. Responsible for loading pans and ensuring that no dough has been rejected.
2. Responsible for unloading pans from conveyor and placing it in the rack/dollies.
3. Ensure that GMP in the work place is practiced all the time.
4. Responsible for transfer of brute to mixer.
